If I sign-up for FERN newsletters, what information does FERN keep?

FERN keeps all the information you provide and a record of which publications have been sent to you. All information is kept securely and on request we are able to send you full details of the information we hold about you.

How does FERN use the information it holds?
FERN will not sell or pass information about you to other organisations or individuals. If you have asked to be kept informed about FERN’s work by subscribing to a newsletter, we may offer to send you further relevant bulletins, reports, briefing sheets or personal emails.

Removing or amending your data
It is possible to unsubscribe from all FERN newsletters and Press Releases by clicking on the link at the bottom. You can also ask us to remove or amend your data by contacting us at info@fern.org.

FERN reserves the right to refuse subscriptions to any of our newsletters at any time.
