FERN's statutes

FERN is a Dutch Stichting, equivalent to a not-for profit organisation. FERN was set up in 2005 and the original deed of foundation is attached here in English. Since FERN is registered in the Netherlands, most of our legal papers are in Dutch. They are also attached here with subsequent annexes.
