Aislin Ryan
People and Workplace Lead
As People and Workplace Lead, Aislin oversees recruitment, inductions, mentoring, and the physical and virtual work environment. Her focus is on making sure Fern’s values are reflected internally, and each team member is supported in their role.
Prior to joining Fern in 2023, Aislin worked in European and international health-focused NGOs in communications, project coordination, and managerial posts. Her academic background is in global public health and international development.
