Cristina has been Fern’s Partner Finance Lead since 2018, supporting partners in grant management, organisational development, and institutional learning. She works at the intersection of finance, Monitoring Evaluation and Learning, governance, and partnerships. Cristina is committed to international solidarity and equitable cooperation and is presently focused on the Republic of Congo. Her background combines Political Science and International Development with human rights and public policy.
