Yael Fernández-Dávila Rondelez

Yael supports partners’ financial compliance, due diligence, and risk management; and oversees sub-grantee fund management. Yael has always been drawn to international cooperation, development, and the operational systems that make meaningful work happen. She joined Fern in 2025 as an intern and quickly realised the importance of its people, values and way of working. She is deepening her expertise by working with Fern's Finance and Operations and Strategic Finance Leads.
