Yael Fernández-Dávila Rondelez
Finance, Administration and Human Resources Management Intern
Yael is passionate about international cooperation and has a strong interest in finance and operations; monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning (MEAL); as well as project and risk management. She supports Fern's financial record-keeping, budgeting, reporting, and organisational development initiatives. She has bachelor’s and master's degrees in management engineering, and has previous volunteer experience in Peru.
