Sustainable Consumption and Production Campaigner

Nicole has 25 years’ experience in development and environmental cooperation, notably working with the United Nations Development and Environmental Programmes, the European Commission and Parliament, research institutes and think tanks. Her present focus is on Brazil and China and reducing EU consumption of products that harm forests and communities globally. Nicole holds Master’s degrees from the Vienna University of Business and Economics and the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS); and certificates in international development cooperation and peacebuilding from the United Nations University in Tokyo. She is a trained documentary filmmaker and has studied in Vienna, Paris and Seville. Now based in Brussels, she loves sports and currently trains for triathlons.
